People in our community are treated okay about 30% of the time. I see murders that get a second chance but most of the time they sit in prison with out the possibility of parole. Some time's I see people get charged with things they shouldn't. Some times the District attorney gives you a plea bargain deal. But sometimes they give you the harder crimes.
